Terms & conditions
Please read these terms before booking a course.
Last updated 12 October 2026. We may update these terms from time to time.
Booking a course
Iteratory is operated by Neovibrant LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 7886399. When you book, you purchase one place on the course and cohort shown at checkout. The checkout page shows the session dates, venue and total price, including VAT.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We will email you confirmation of your place after payment is received. Please use your own name and email address when booking so we can contact you about the course.
Discount codes
You may use only one discount code per booking, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Each booking is for one place. If a place is bought using more than one discount, we may cancel it and offer it to someone else. In that case we may decide not to refund the payment, or we may give a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel your place for a full refund if your cancellation reaches us at least 14 calendar days before the first session. After that deadline, we do not offer cancellation refunds because your place has been held for you.
If we move the date of the first session before the course begins, you can choose a full refund instead of attending the rescheduled course. We do not offer rescheduling refunds under this policy after the course has begun.
If we are unable to provide your place on the course, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund as soon as we know.
To cancel or request a refund, email [email protected] from the address you used to book. We use the time your email reaches us to determine whether you met the cancellation deadline. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Attending the course
Please bring a laptop with Python and your own AI coding tool installed. You are responsible for your own equipment, software and any accounts or subscriptions you use during the course.
We expect everyone to treat other participants, tutors and venue staff with respect and to follow the venue's rules. If someone's conduct disrupts the course or affects others, we may ask them to leave and cancel their place, with a full refund.
Photography
We may take photographs during some sessions and use them on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear, tell the tutor on the day or email [email protected] and we will respect that.
Course materials and your work
Course materials, including slides, exercises and example code, belong to Neovibrant LTD. You may use them for your own learning, but please do not share, resell or publish them.
The product and code you build during the course are yours.
Our liability
We will deliver the course with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to do so, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your place. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as travel costs or loss of earnings.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or are unhappy with any part of the course, contact us at [email protected] and we will reply within 5 working days. For information about how we handle your data, read our privacy policy.
